The Golfswapper team works to build a community based on trust and respect. Please our site expectations and guidelines.
Be cool
Your Content and your use of Golfswapper shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading, fraudulent or involve the sale of illegal, counterfeit or stolen items.
You shall not infringe upon any third-party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
You shall not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
You shall not sell items that have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) as hazardous to consumers and therefore subject to a recall.
Do not use a fake identity.
Do not create a new or alternate account to avoid restrictions or limitation imposed on another account.
Do not interfere with another users’ business or listing(s).
Do not take any transaction off-site.
Do not make false claims about other users.
Be friendly and mindful of others
Golfswapper is a friendly marketplace where everyone should feel safe and comfortable. We ask our users to be respectful in their interactions with others so that we can maintain a healthy and happy environment for everyone to enjoy.
Please be yourself when engaging with other community members. Spam and excessive self-promotion are never received well by others, so please refrain from such behavior.
Successful transactions
If a buyer purchases an item from you, you must complete the sale. This means, once the buyer has purchased your item and you’ve accepted their offer, you are expected to send the item they purchased. We understand that honest mistakes happen, but canceled transactions create confusion and disappointment for your buyers. We expect that our community members be respectful of each other and fulfill their transactions with each other. The pause between purchase and seller acceptance is there to give the sellers a chance to verify that the item is still available.
Be a Great Seller
Be Trustworthy, it is free to list so nothing ventured, nothing gained. Be as honest and straightforward about your listing as you can be.
Feel free to communicate with buyers and with us, we are here for you every step of the way.
Golfswapper monitors transactions and we are flagged if shipping doesn't occur within 7 days of item purchase. Most sellers ship within 2-3 days.

Be courteous to each other, we are all human. We have a zero tolerance policy on bullying and harassment. If you feel something has violated this rule, contact us immediately.
Taxes
As a seller, you are responsible for collecting and remitting any sales, or other, taxes due and owing on your sales. You agree to indemnify and hold Golfswapper, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any claims or damages associated with any breach of this provision.
